The installation method comprises the following steps that at least two adjusting screw rods are fixed on a base along a straight line; an adjusting nut is screwed on the adjusting screw rod; a sleeve is arranged on the adjusting screw rod in a sleeving manner; a bracket fixed on the sleeve is used for lifting and supporting the viscous energy dissipation damper, and a bracket groove matched with the viscous energy dissipation damper is formed in the bracket; the heights of the sleeve and the bracket are adjusted by rotating the adjusting nut; the viscous energy dissipation damper is connected with a lug plate, and then the lug plate is connected with the embedded support.
