The waterproof structure layer comprises movable strips arranged on the bottom face of the hard supporting face in a sliding manner, the movable strips are arranged on the bottom face of the hard supporting face in parallel, a waterproof layer is arranged between every two adjacent movable strips, a heat insulation block is hoisted at the bottom of each waterproof layer, one or more heat insulation blocks are arranged at the bottoms of the waterproof layers to form a heat insulation layer, and elastic sealing layers are arranged at the left side and the right side of the hollowed-out cavity respectively and retract into containing concave cavities formed in the building body. A building roof has very good waterproofness and heat preservation capacity, secondary protection of later-period water leakage is achieved through the heat preservation structure, and the waterproof time of the building body is prolonged.
