The invention relates to a wall tile sticking device capable of adjusting cement amount according to the wall surface smoothness. The wall tile sticking device comprises a working box, and a working chamber, a storage chamber, a transmission chamber and a grinding chamber are arranged in the working box; up-down electric guide rails are fixedly mounted on the right wall surface of an inner cavityof the working box, a moving box is mounted on the left end surface of the up-down electric guide rails, and a spray head is fixedly mounted on the right end surface of the moving box. After the device is placed at a designated position, the flatness of the surface of a wall is automatically measured, the thickness of cement on a ceramic tile is changed in a mechanical linkage mode, the thicknessof the cement on a certain part of the ceramic tile is accurately changed through the flatness of the surface of the wall, and therefore, automatic ceramic tile sticking is achieved. The problem caused during general tile sticking can be solved. Besides, the wall tile sticking device also has the functions of polishing and humidifying, can remove dust attached objects on the surface of a ceramic tile and humidify the surface of the ceramic tile, enables cement to be better attached to the ceramic tile, and prevents the situation that the surface is dry and cannot be well attached with the cement.
