The invention relates to the technical field of medical supplies, in particular to a temporary isolation ward and an assembling method thereof. The temporary isolation ward comprises a tent and at least four supports distributed in an array manner, wherein the supports can slide on the ground; each support comprises a base and telescopic rods arranged on the base in a lifting manner, wherein a connecting piece is movably arranged between every two adjacent telescopic rods located on the periphery; and the telescopic rods are used for lifting the tent after the support is unfolded, and then supporting the tent. According to the method, the supports are linked with one another to be used as a framework, and the supports are unfolded and lifted after the tent is placed on the supports duringassembly, so that less people can finish assembly of a temporary isolation ward more efficiently, and the efficiency is improved.
