The invention belongs to the field of building material engineering, in particular to an anti-cracking composite additive. According to the anti-cracking composite additive, through compounding of theplastic expansion component, the delayed hydration type CaO expansion component, the light burning nanometer MgO expansion component and the polymer water-absorbing resin, concrete shrinkage can be compensated in stages in application, and the polymer water-absorbing resin in the anti-cracking composite additive also has a synergistic effect. The invention further discloses oil-seepage-proof concrete based on the anti-crack composite concrete, the superfine coal ash and the superfine mineral powder can fill tiny gaps of the concrete, and the optimal close packing effect of a gelling system isformed; the organic silicon resin can be used for filling gel holes of the concrete and plays a role in blocking oily molecules due to the oleophobic effect so that the porosity, the compactness andthe oleophobicity of the oil-seepage-proof concrete are further reduced.
