The invention belongs to the technical field of preparation of recycled concrete and products thereof, particularly relates to a preparation process of anti-crack and anti-seepage premixed concrete, and aims to solve the problems that most of existing premixed concrete provides anti-crack and anti-seepage performance by adding fibers, only the cracking degree can be reduced, the production and preparation cost is increased, and popularization and application are not facilitated. According to the scheme, the preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, preparing raw materials for preparing the anti-cracking and anti-seepage premixed concrete, wherein the raw materials comprise cement, coarse aggregate, fine aggregate, a mineral admixture, an aluminum-phase-containing raw material, an anti-aging agent, semi-hydrated gypsum, natural dihydrate gypsum, anhydrite, an accelerant, an anti-cracking agent, a cross-linking agent and tap water. The anti-crack and anti-seepage concrete is prepared by mixing the prepared expanding agent and concrete raw materials, the anti-crack and anti-seepage performance of the concrete is improved on the premise that other performance of the anti-crack and anti-seepage concrete is not changed, and the cost is not remarkably increased while the anti-crack and anti-seepage performance is improved.
本发明属于再生混凝土及其制品的制备技术领域,尤其是一种抗裂防渗预拌混凝土的制备工艺,针对现有的预拌混凝土多数采用添加纤维的方式提供抗裂防渗性能,只能够减轻开裂程度,还增加了生产制备成本,不利于推广使用的问题,现提出如下方案,其包括以下步骤:S1:准备抗裂防渗预拌混凝土的制备原料:水泥、粗集料、细集料、矿物掺和料、含铝相原材料、防老剂、半水石膏、天然二水石膏、无水石膏、促进剂、抗裂剂、交联剂和自来水。本发明利用制作的膨胀剂和混凝土原料混合的方式制备抗裂防渗混凝土,在保证抗裂防渗混凝土其它性能不改变的前提下提升混凝土的抗裂防渗性能,提高抗裂防渗性能的同时不显著增加成本。
