Sisal fiber reinforced composite bridge deck structure and construction method thereof
The invention relates to a sisal fiber reinforced composite bridge deck structure and a construction method thereof. The structure comprises webs of a bridge steel truss, assembling beam blocks whichare spliced into a bridge deck slab are mounted on the web plates; the assembly beam block comprises an upper chord located at the bottom. A profiled steel sheet is laid on the upper chord, a sisal hemp fiber concrete layer formed by pouring sisal hemp fiber reinforced composite materials is laid on the profiled steel sheet, shear nails embedded in the sisal hemp fiber concrete layer are welded tothe profiled steel sheet, and an asphalt concrete layer is laid on the bridge deck formed by splicing the assembly beam blocks. According to the sisal fiber reinforced composite bridge deck slab structure, the sisal fibers are selected to enhance the mechanical property of a cement-based pavement, the structure has the advantages of being light in dead weight, high in strength, resistant to fatigue, long in service life and convenient to construct, the durability of the bridge structure is guaranteed, and the structure is suitable for large-span bridge engineering crossing riverways.
本发明涉及一种剑麻纤维增强复合材料桥面板结构及其施工方法,包括桥梁钢桁架的腹板,所述腹板上安装有拼接成桥面板的装配梁块,所述装配梁块包括位于底部的上弦杆,所述上弦杆上铺装有压型钢板,所述压型钢板上铺设有由剑麻纤维增强复合材料浇筑而成的剑麻纤维混凝土层,所述压型钢板上焊接有埋入剑麻纤维混凝土层中的剪力钉,装配梁块拼接成桥面板上铺设有沥青混凝土层。本发明剑麻纤维增强复合材料桥面板结构选用剑麻纤维来增强水泥基路面的力学性能,具有自重轻、强度高、耐疲劳、寿命长且施工便捷的优点,保证桥梁结构的耐久性,适用于横跨河道的跨度比较大的桥梁工程。
