The invention discloses a structure for stripping a reinforced concrete bridge deck and a construction method thereof. The structure comprises a bridge body, water removing plates are fixedly arrangedon the two sides of the bridge body, a guardrail bottom plate is fixedly arranged at the top of the bridge body, deceleration strips and double solid lines protrude out of the top of the bridge body,a supporting main column penetrates through the center of the bridge body, and supporting beams are welded to the two sides of the top of the supporting main column; a fixed cross beam is horizontally welded to the inner side of the supporting beam; and partial load columns are glued to the bottom of the bridge body. Through arrangement of thesupporting beams, the fixed cross beams and the partial load column, when the bridge is built, only the two supporting beams need to be placed at an included angle of 90 degrees, then the supporting beams and the supporting main columns are welded and fixed again through the fixed cross beams, and then the supporting beams penetrate through the water removing plates; and finally, the bottom ends of the supporting beams are bonded with the bearing plate, and meanwhile, stress is applied between the adapter plate and the bottom of the bridge body through the partial load columns, so that according to the design, only one fixation is needed every 50m on one bridge, the uses of reinforced concrete can be reduced, and the construction cost of the bridge is reduced.
本发明公开了一种剥离钢筋混凝土桥面的结构及其施工方法,包括桥体,桥体的两侧固定设置有去水板,桥体的顶部固定设置有护栏底板、凸起有减速带和双实线,桥体的正中位置贯穿有支撑主柱,支撑主柱的顶部两侧焊接有支撑梁,支撑梁的内侧横向焊接有固定横梁,桥体的底部粘接有分载柱,通过设置的支撑梁、固定横梁和分载柱,在建造桥梁时,只需要将两根支撑梁呈90°夹角摆放,随后通过固定横梁将支撑梁与支撑主柱再次焊接固定,随后支撑梁贯穿去水板,最后支撑梁的底端与承载板粘接,同时转接板与桥体底部之间还通过分载柱进行受力,这样的设计在一个桥梁上只需要每隔50m进行一次加固,这样能够减少钢筋混凝土的实用,从而降低桥梁的建造成本。
