The invention discloses an excavator working head replacing device. The excavator working head replacing device comprises an excavator body, wherein a power arm is rotationally installed in the excavator body; a transmission arm is rotationally installed at the other end of the power arm; a connecting block is rotationally installed at the other end of the transmission arm; a power sliding block is installed in the excavator body in an up-down sliding mode; a buffer sliding block is installed in the power sliding block in an up-down sliding mode; the buffer sliding block is fixedly installed on the right side of a suspension machine body; a butt joint mechanism is arranged in the connecting block; and a suspension mechanism is arranged in the suspension machine body. When the device is used for replacing an excavator working head, the working head can be automatically replaced only by bending a mechanical wall backwards and enabling the working head to be stored in the device without placing the replaced head at the position and direction where a mechanical arm can be accurately in butt joint in advance or accurately controlling the movement of the mechanical arm by a driver, the replaced working head does not need to be recycled, and normal work of an excavator cannot be influenced.
