The invention relates to a convenient battery replacing device of an electric excavator. Comprising a bottom plate, a lower mounting hole formed in the bottom plate, fixing plates symmetrically arranged on the two opposite sides of the top face of the bottom plate, clamping plates symmetrically arranged on the other two opposite sides of the top face of the bottom plate, extension plates fixedly arranged at the two ends of the clamping plates on the two sides, and clamping assemblies arranged on the corresponding sides of the clamping plates on the two sides. The two ends of one side of the fixing plate are connected with the extension plates on the clamping plates on the two sides in a sliding mode respectively, and tension springs are arranged between the fixing plate and the clamping plates. According to the device, the top surface of the bottom plate is used for placing the battery pack, the lower mounting hole is used for connecting the battery to the electric excavator, the fixing plate and the clamping plates can limit the battery pack placed on the bottom plate, and the tension springs can pull the clamping plates on the two sides to clamp the two sides of the battery pack, so that the battery pack is stably fixed; and the clamping assembly can enable a clamping plate to further clamp the battery pack.
