When the rainwater falls on the external wall, the driving part drives the lifting part to rise, so that the water guidingcloth is released by the winding disc, at this time, the rainwater can fall on the water guiding cloth to fall into the water collection box along the water guiding cloth, thus the collection of the rainwater is achieved, therefore, the loss and waste of the rainwater on the external wall of a building can be reduced.
