The invention discloses an external wall heat preservation connecting structure and a wall body. The external wall heat preservation connecting structure comprises connecting pipes of hollow structures, and the two ends of each connecting pipe are sleeved with limit connecting pieces. Each limit connecting piece comprises a first blocking disc and a second blocking disc and further comprises mounting grooves which are located between the first blocking disc and the second blocking disc. The position of a middle heat preservation layer is limited by the two first blocking discs, the positions of steel wire meshes arelimited by the mounting grooves, and the positions of templates on the outer sides are limited by the two second blocking discs. A plurality of clamping holes are formed in thetwo sides of each connecting pipe, and the connecting pipes are clamped with the limit connecting pieces through the clamping holes. The operating steps in the manufacturing process of the wall body can be reduced, and the manufacturing efficiency of the wall body is improved; the accurate distance between the templates on the two sides can be effectively guaranteed, and it is ensured that the middle heat preservation layer and the steel wire meshes cannot be displaced; and the binding force between the heat preservation layer and a concrete layer can be improved, and the bearing capacity andstability of the wall body are improved.
