EXTERNAL WALL CONNECTING STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the external wall face roofing of a building by using an external wall plate material which is formed of an aluminum-extrusion material.SOLUTION: The external wall face roofing of a building comprises: an outer wall plate material 2 in which ribs are formed at rear surfaces of flat parts 3 which are formed long in lengths, and connecting parts 6 are arranged at both ends of the flat parts; connecting piece 23 in which support legs 25 are formed at symmetric positions at both sides of grooves 24 formed in centers, support parts 26 are arranged at outside wall faces of the support legs, and lock protrusions 27 are formed at one-side ends of the support parts, and which are formed of aluminum-extrusion materials; and waterproof lid pieces 30 in which lock recesses 33 fit to the lock protrusions 27 of the connecting pieces 23 are formed at the inside of a lower end of a roof part, and which are formed of aluminum-extrusion materials. The support legs 25 of the connecting pieces 23 are located at the connecting parts 6, 6' of the adjacent outer wall plate materials 2, 2', attached to an outer wall substrate X with fixing members 38 from screw holes of the grooves 24 of the connecting pieces 23, and next, the lock recesses 33 of the waterproof lid pieces 30 are fit to the lock protrusions 27 of the connecting pieces 23, and laid on a surface of the outer wall substrate X.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 13
【課題】アルミ押出形材で形成した外壁板材を使用して建物の外壁面葺を提供する。【解決手段】長尺に形成した平坦部3の裏面にリブ部を形成し、平坦部の両端に接続部6を設けたアルミ押出形材からなる外壁板材2と、中央に位置した溝部24の両側で対称位置に支持脚部25を形成し、支持脚部の外側壁面に支持部26を設け、支持部の一端に係止凸部27を形成したアルミ押出形材からなる連結片23と、屋根部の下端内側に連結片23の係止凸部27と嵌合する係止凹部33を形成したアルミ押出形材からなる防水蓋片30とからなり、互いに隣接する外壁板材2、2′の接続部6、6′に連結片23の支持脚部25を位置し、連結片23の溝部24のネジ孔から固定部材38で外壁下地Xに取付け、次いで、連結片23の係止凸部27に防水蓋片30の係止凹部33を嵌合して外壁下地Xの表面に敷設する。【選択図】図13
