The invention discloses a safe unloading platform for high-rise construction of a hotel building and a using method, and relates to the technical field of unloading platforms. The unloading platform is characterized in that a movable platform is arranged between the two side walls of a platform body in a sliding mode; the movable platform comprises a first platform and a second platform which arehinged to each other through a rotating shaft; and a power assembly is installed between the first platform and the second platform, and moving wheels installed on the lower surface of the second platform make contact with a bottom supporting plate and an inclined supporting plate. The split type safe unloading platform is designed; the liftable bottom supporting plate is movably mounted on a bottom plate of the platform body; a control system for controlling the safe unloading platform to work is used in cooperation, automatic unloading control is achieved, the unloading platform is convenient to use and does not need to be fixed to a corresponding floor in advance, a conveying process is intelligently controlled, and the probability of safety accidents is reduced; and the movable platform extends into the building, so that materials such as forms and frame pipes are convenient to transport.
