The invention discloses a prefabrication method of an integral machine room. The method comprises the following steps of (1) building an anti-seismic base; (2) constructing a support frame; (3) building a cooling device; and (4) building a wall surface. According to the integral machine room, the anti-seismic base is adopted to reduce vibration of equipment in the machine room, so that the overallnoise of the machine room is reduced, and the noise is further reduced through sound absorption wallboards; and the arranged support frame can support a pipeline and has the damping effect, the heatdissipation performance of the equipment is improved through the cooling device, and the situation that the service life is affected by overheating of the equipment is avoided.
本发明公开了一种整体机房的预制方法。包括以下步骤：（1）搭建抗震底座；（2）搭建支撑架；（3）搭建冷却装置；（4）搭建墙面。本发明的整体机房采用抗震底座减小机房内设备的震动，从而减小机房整体的噪音，吸音墙板进一步地减小了噪音；设置的支撑架可支撑管道，也具有减震效果，通过冷却装置提高设备的散热性，避免设备过热影响寿命。
