The transmission line double-loop tower for preventing icing comprises a tower body and cross arms, wherein the cross arms comprise four cross arm bodies which are sequentially and fixedly arranged on the upper section of the tower body from top to bottom, the cross arm bodies are of truss structures, the cross armbody located at the uppermost part is made of section steel, chord rods and web rods of the other cross arm bodies each comprise an insulating inner core and an insulating outer layer, and an interlayer is formed between each insulating inner core and the corresponding insulating outer layer and is filled an insulating filler; the tower body comprises four supporting columns and connecting rods connected between the supporting columns, the supporting columns and the connecting rods are all made of angle steels, and the inner sides of the supporting columns and the connecting rods are providedwith heat conduction pipes for heating and deicing in an attached mode. The heat conduction pipes are closely attached to the inner surfaces of the supporting columns and the connecting rods, heat istransferred to the supporting columns and the connecting rods, ice attached to the supporting columns and the connecting rods can be quickly eliminated, the load of the tower body is reduced, the corrosion of ice and snow to the tower body is reduced, and the mechanical strength of the tower body is improved.
