The invention relates to an intelligent lifting control device, a lifting urinal and a lifting control method. The intelligent lifting control device comprises a central processing unit, and a human body in-place detection unit, a human body height detection unit, a lifting object height detection unit and a lifting execution mechanism which are respectively connected with the central processing unit, wherein the lifting execution mechanism is connected with a lifting object. The human body in-place detection unit detects whether a person exists in front of the lifting object or not, the humanbody height detection unit detects the height of the person, the lifting object height detection unit detects the height of the lifting object, and the central processing unit integrates all detection data and drives the lifting execution mechanism to control the lifting object to ascend and descend to the height matched with the height of the person. The lifting urinal comprises a urinal body and an intelligent lifting control device, a slider is arranged on the back of the urinal body, a guide rail is mounted on a wall, and hoses are connected to a water inlet and a water outlet of the urinal body. The height of the lifting object can be automatically adjusted according to the height of a user, and individual requirements of individuals with different heights are met.
