Preparation method of magnesium phosphate cement modified recycled coarse aggregate, the modified recycled coarse aggregate and application thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of building materials, in particular to a preparation method of magnesium phosphate cement modified recycled coarse aggregate, the modified recycled coarseaggregate and application of the modified recycled coarse aggregate. The method comprises the following steps: 1) crushing and screening the waste concrete to obtain recycled coarse aggregate with the particle size of 5-25 mm; 2) soaking the obtained recycled coarse aggregate in water until the recycled coarse aggregate absorbs water to be saturated, and filtering out the coarse aggregate to obtain soaked recycled coarse aggregate; and 3) mixing the soaked recycled coarse aggregate with dry powder of magnesium phosphate cement, stirring the mixture until particles of the recycled coarse aggregate are uniformly coated with the dry powder of magnesium phosphate cement, and filtering the mixture to obtain the magnesium phosphate cement material modified recycled coarse aggregate. According to the method, pulling can be formed on the two sides of the interface of the recycled coarse aggregate and the new mortar, mechanical anchoring force is formed on the interface, the interface strengthis remarkably improved, the purpose of improving the overall strength of recycled concrete is achieved, meanwhile, the process of recycled aggregate modification treatment is simplified, and the purpose of improving the production efficiency is achieved.
本发明涉及建筑材料技术领域,具体涉及一种磷酸镁水泥料改性再生粗骨料的制备方法及得到的改性再生粗骨料及其应用。该方法包括步骤:1)将废弃混凝土破碎并筛分,得到粒径为5‑25mm的再生粗骨料;2)将得到的再生粗骨料放入水中浸泡至吸水饱和后滤出,得到浸泡后的再生粗骨料;3)将得到的浸泡后的再生粗骨料与磷酸镁水泥的干粉混合,搅拌至再生粗骨料的颗粒均匀裹上磷酸镁水泥的干粉,滤出,即得到磷酸镁水泥料改性再生粗骨料。本发明不仅能在再生粗骨料和新砂浆界面两侧形成拉扯,在界面上形成机械锚固力,显著的提升界面强度,达到提升再生混凝土整体强度目的,同时还简化了再生骨料改性处理的工艺,达到提升生产效率的目的。
