Modified recycled coarse aggregate as well as preparation method and application thereof
The invention provides modified recycled coarse aggregate as well as a preparation method and application thereof, and belongs to the field of construction waste recycling treatment. The preparation method comprises the following steps: adding an oil phase into a water phase, and stirring to obtain O/W type emulsion; the oil phase comprises a lipophilic emulsifier and a silane coupling agent; the aqueous phase comprises an aqueous solution of a nonionic surfactant; mixing nano SiO2 with the O/W type emulsion to obtain a composite emulsion; and soaking the recycled coarse aggregate in the composite emulsion to obtain the modified recycled coarse aggregate. The obtained composite emulsion can form a compact hydrophobic net on the surface of the recycled aggregate and outside the internal capillary pore wall, effectively fills micropores, inhibits the recycled aggregate from absorbing water, improves the compatibility between the nano silicon dioxide and the recycled coarse aggregate, and improves the strength of the recycled coarse aggregate. According to data of the embodiment, the concrete prepared from the modified recycled coarse aggregate is good in waterproofness and compressive strength.
本发明提供了一种改性再生粗骨料及其制备方法和应用,属于建筑垃圾再生处理领域。本发明将油相加入水相中搅拌,得到O/W型乳状液;所述油相包括亲油性乳化剂和硅烷偶联剂;所述水相包括将非离子表面活性剂的水溶液;将纳米SiO2与所述O/W型乳状液混合得到复合乳液;将再生粗骨料在所述复合乳液中浸泡,得到改性再生粗骨料。本发明得到的复合乳液能够在再生骨料表面及内部毛细孔隙壁外形成致密的憎水网并有效填充微孔隙,抑制再生骨料吸收水分,同时提高纳米二氧化硅与再生粗骨料之间的相容性,提高再生粗骨料的强度。通过实施例数据可知,本发明利用改性再生粗骨料制备的混凝土防水性、抗压强度良好。
