Concrete for prefabricated part and preparation method thereof
Concrete for prefabricated parts and a preparing method thereof are disclosed, the concrete comprises, by weight, 120-180 parts of cement, 80-130 parts of sand, 220-300 parts of broken stone, 60-100 parts of slag powder, 13-18.5 parts of a superplasticizer, 1-3 parts of a waterproof impermeable agent and 80-120 parts of water, and the superplasticizer is formed by copolymerization of acrylic acid,unsaturated polyoxyethylene ether and maleic anhydride modified cellulose as comonomers. According to the invention, a superplasticizer is introduced into concrete, the superplasticizer is formed bycopolymerization reaction of acrylic acid, unsaturated polyoxyethylene ether and maleic anhydride modified cellulose as comonomers, and the maleic anhydride modified cellulose is obtained by introducing a vinyl group to a cellulose chain through maleic acylation. According to the preparation method, cellulose and maleic anhydride are used as raw materials and subjected to a copolymerization reaction with acrylic acid and unsaturated polyoxyethylene ether, carboxyl generated after cellulose and maleic anhydride are subjected to ring opening is introduced into a main chain of the superplasticizer, the carboxyl group density of the superplasticizer is increased, and the slump of concrete is kept good.
