The invention finds that by optimizing the formula, the compatibility of the waste asphalt mixture and the fresh asphalt can be obviously improved, and meanwhile, the adverse effect of cracks in the recycled aggregate on the material performance can be greatly avoided, so that the recycled asphalt concrete prefabricated component has good mechanical property and water resistance.
