The cement is a combination of sulphoaluminate cement and Portland cement, the mass percent of the sulphoaluminate cement in the cementis 10%-30%, and the mass percent of the Portland cement in the cement is 70%-90%. The grouting material disclosed by the invention has the properties of good fluidity, high early strength, micro-expansion crack resistance, repeated tension and compression resistance and the like, and is suitable for connection construction of fabricated concrete structures.
