Sleeve grouting material and preparation method thereof
The invention provides a sleeve grouting material and a preparation method thereof. The sleeve grouting material comprises a matrix component and a modified component; the matrix component is preparedfrom the following raw materials in parts by mass: 100 parts of cement, 8-12 parts of fine microspheres, 20-28 parts of superfine mineral powder, 5-8 parts of silica fume, 100-130 parts of quartz sand, 3.6-11.3 parts of an additive and 28-33 parts of water; the volume mixing amount of the modified component is 0.8-2.2% of the total volume of the matrix component; and the modified component comprises copper-plated steel fibers and modified polypropylene fibers. The invention further provides a preparation method of the grouting material. According to the sleeve grouting material disclosed by the invention, the copper-plated steel fibers and the modified polypropylene fibers are added into the matrix component to serve as ductility enhancement modification components, so that the prepared sleeve grouting material can delay the development of cracks under different load conditions, and meanwhile, brittle fractures between steel bars and the sleeve grouting material which are generated when the steel bars reach ultimate tensile stress are avoided.
本发明提供一种套筒灌浆材料及其制备方法,包括基体组分以及改性组分;基体组分包括如下质量份数的各原料:水泥100份,精细微珠8‑12份,超细矿粉20‑28份,硅灰5‑8份,石英砂100‑130份,外加剂3.6‑11.3份,水28‑33份;改性组分体积掺量为基体组分总体积的0.8‑2.2%;其中,改性组分包括镀铜钢纤维和改性聚丙烯纤维;本发明还提供上述灌浆材料的制备方法。本发明的套筒灌浆材料在基体组分中添加镀铜钢纤维和改性聚丙烯纤维作为其延性增强改性组分,使得制备的套筒灌浆材料在不同荷载条件下能延缓裂纹的发展,同时,避免钢筋达到极限拉应力时钢筋与套筒灌浆材料发生脆性断裂。
