The lead lanthanum zirconate titanate-based piezoelectricceramic is composed of Pb1-xLax (ZryTi1-y) 1-x/4O3 + a Pb (Yb0. 5Nb0. 5) O3 + b N, N is Sb2O5 or Sb2O3, x is 0.055-0.070, y is 0.55-0.61, and the total weight of Pb1-xLax (ZryTi1-y) 1-x/4O3 refers aspercentage, a ranges from 0.8-1.2%, and b ranges from 0.8-1.2%. The preparation method comprises the following steps: taking Pb3O4, La2O3, ZrO2, TiO2, Yb2O3, Nb2O5 and Sb2O5 or Sb2O3 as raw materials; ball-milling, uniformly mixing and calcining; carrying out secondary ball milling, granulating and pressing to obtain a green body; and discharging glue and sintering to obtain the lead lanthanum zirconate titanate-based piezoelectric ceramic.
