Aerated concrete block and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses an aerated concrete block and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the technical field of building materials. The aerated concrete block comprises the following components in parts by weight: 180-220 parts of cement; 150-200 parts of lime; 200-250 parts of fly ash; 25-35 parts of desulfurized gypsum; 0.9-1.1 parts of aluminum powder; 350-400 parts of carbonized ricehull powder; 5-10 parts of methyl sodium silicate; and 500-600 parts of water. The preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, uniformly mixing the cement, the lime, the fly ash, the gypsum, the aluminum powder, the carbonized rice hull powder and the sodium methyl silicate according to a raw material ratio; S2, sequentially adding water and aluminum powder into the mixture obtained inthe step S1, uniformly stirring, pouring the slurry into a mold, standing the mold in an environment with the temperature of 22 +/-2 DEG C and the humidity of 60 +/-10% for 3-4 hours, demolding, and cutting according to requirements; and S3, putting the cut building block into a 60-80 DEG C autoclave, carrying out steam curing for 10-12 hours, cooling to room temperature, and standing for 7 days in a standard environment to obtain the building block. The aerated concrete block prepared by the invention has the advantages of light weight, high strength and good water resistance.
