The invention discloses a resonator, a filter and a metallization method for the resonator and the filter. According to the invention, copper replaces silver to serve as a conducting layer of ceramic,a silver layer serves as a protective layer, and the thickness of the silver layer is only 1-3 microns, so the utilization rate of silver is greatly reduced; since the price of copper is low, the manufacturing cost of a dielectric material is reduced; and meanwhile, by limiting sintering time corresponding to the thickness of the copper layer, the highest sintering temperature and sintering temperature, the conductivity of the obtained ceramic is adjustable between 4.21*10<7> S/m and 4.35*10<7> S/m, so the dielectric material has high conductivity, the binding force of the dielectric materialis larger than 20 N/mm<2>, the binding force between a plating layer and the ceramic is high, and the metalized ceramic has good performance.
本申请公开了一种谐振器、滤波器及用于谐振器与滤波器的金属化方法,通过铜取代银作为陶瓷的导电层,而银层作为保护层,其厚度只有1~3um,极大的降低了银的使用率,而铜价格较低,进而降低了介质材料的制作成本,同时,可以通过对铜层厚度、烧结最高温度、烧结温度相应的烧结时间进行限定,得到的陶瓷的电导率在4.21*107~4.35*107S/m之间可调,使得介质材料具有较高的电导率,其结合力大于20N/mm2,使得镀层与陶瓷之间具有较高的结合力,使得金属化后的陶瓷具有较好的性能。
