The invention relates to thermal regeneration high-quality asphalt mixture equipment, which comprises regenerated asphalt mixture stirring equipment, an asphalt station and a crushing, stirring and conveying device, and is characterized in that in the high-speed rotation process of a screw assembly, waste asphalt pavement materials flow between screws under the action of centrifugal force by utilizing the discontinuity of screw blades and generating gaps, so that the waste asphalt pavement materials flow between the screw blades and are mutually extruded and rubbed; after being cut by a spiralblade surface blade and further crushed, the small and fine aggregate pellets are smaller than 10mm in diameter, so that the technical bottleneck that the existing small and fine aggregate pellets are large in size is broken through after the waste asphalt pavement material is refined and stirred by a stirrer of an asphalt station, and a high-quality thermal regeneration asphalt mixture is produced; and the waste asphalt pavement recycling technology is better popularized and applied.
