The invention discloses asphalt mixture thermal regeneration equipment which structurally comprises a power box, an elevator, an elevator cylinder, a flow pipe, a mixer, a driving motor and an electric control box, the power box is arranged at the left end of the elevator, the front end of the elevator is slidably connected with the elevator cylinder, a heat conduction rod makes contact with new asphalt, and the bottom of the asphalt is heated through a heating wire; meanwhile, through rotation of a cam, an elastic plate is ejected, and the head end and the tail end of the elastic plate are limited and fixed through a limiting shaft, so that ejection transposition is conducted on surface layer asphalt and inner layer asphalt through the elastic plate, it is guaranteed that the temperatureof the surface layer and the temperature of the inner layer of the molten asphalt are kept consistent, and melting is conducted more uniformly; in the overturning process of the cylinder, through overturning of the outer wall, the sliding rod slides along the sliding groove, and the scraping sliding arm slightly rotates through the torsion shaft, so that the effect of scraping asphalt from the inner wall of the cylinder body is improved, the reduction of the metering number of the asphalt is avoided, and the quality of a mixed product is improved.
