Supporting and detaching method for capping formwork support
The invention discloses a supporting and detaching method for a capping formwork support. A pier column, a bent cap formwork installed at the upper end of the pier column, a hoop installed on the outer side of the pier column, a sand box, a main beam, a distribution beam and a batten are included. The multiple sand boxes are evenly distributed between the hoop and the main beam, and each sand boxis provided with a spiral hole. The specific supporting and detaching method comprises the following steps that (1) the hoop is tightly attached to the pier column; (2) a sand box is connected to thehoops through bolts, a main beam is placed on the top face of the sand box, a distribution beam is installed on the main beam, battens are distributed on the distribution beam, and the capping beam formwork is arranged at the tops of the battens; (3) when concrete pouring is completed and the strength meets the formwork removal requirement, the side formworks and the end side formworks are removedfirstly; and (4) the sand box is opened and a bottom template is detached. According to the supporting structure, the elevation of the bottom formwork can be slowly lowered through the sand box, compared with a traditional wedge-shaped block dismantling support, the supporting structure is more convenient and faster to use, the working procedure duration time is shortened, and the stability and safety of the bent cap formwork are improved.
本发明公开一种盖梁模板支架的支拆方法,包括墩柱、安装在墩柱上端的盖梁模板、安装在墩柱外侧的抱箍,及砂箱、主梁、分配梁、木方;所述砂箱设有若干,各砂箱均布在抱箍与主梁之间,每个砂箱上开有螺旋孔;具体支拆方法如下:1)使抱箍与墩柱贴紧;2)将砂箱通过螺栓连接在抱箍上,主梁放置于砂箱的顶面,分配梁安装在主梁上,分配梁上布设木方,木方的顶部设有所述盖梁模板;3)待混凝土浇筑完成且强度满足拆模要求时,先将侧模板及端头侧模拆除;4)打开砂箱,拆除底模板。本发明的支撑结构,可通过砂箱对底模板的高程缓缓降低,相比传统的楔形块拆除支架更便利快捷,缩短了工序持续时间,提高了盖梁模板的稳定性及安全性。
