The invention discloses a reinforced stable foundation. The reinforced stable foundation is characterized by comprising a concrete caisson sinking to the ground, a plurality of first reinforcement cages located in the concrete caisson, a plurality of second reinforcement cages, a plurality of sinking pipe sleeves and a plurality of first anchor rods, wherein the first reinforcement cages are horizontally arranged in the concrete caisson, and the first reinforcement cages and the concrete caisson are integrally formed in a pouring mode; the second reinforcement cages are vertically arranged atthe corners of the concrete caisson, and the second reinforcement cages and the concrete caisson are integrally formed in a pouring mode; the sinking pipe sleeves are respectively embedded and fixed at the bottom of the concrete caisson; and the first anchor rods are respectively inserted and fixed in the ground. The reinforced stable foundation has high stability, and subsequent construction is facilitated.
