Comprising a pile foundation inner pile; the pile foundation inner pile is inserted into the stabilizing sleeve in a penetrating manner; directional guide columns are vertically and fixedly mounted in the middles of the side walls of the left end and the right end of the stabilizing sleeve respectively; an adjusting seat is vertically sleeved on the directional guide column in a sliding manner; a U-shaped adjusting pull rod is arranged between the left adjusting seat and the right adjusting seat. The pile foundation inner pile, the balance supporting arm and the stabilizing sleeve form an integrated stable supporting structure, vertical and horizontal force balance is achieved, in the downward pressing process of the pile foundation inner pile, the balance supporting arm is subjected to external expansion force through the supporting frame and the supporting column, and therefore the mutual locking and fixing effect is achieved, and the stability is further improved.
