The invention discloses a prefabricated assembly structure for a comprehensive pipe gallery. The prefabricated assembly structure comprises a plurality of comprehensive pipe gallery sections, each comprehensive pipe gallery section is composed of a top plate, a middle wall plate and a bottom plate, wherein corresponding bellmouths and inserting openings are formed in the joint of the top plate andthe middle wall plate and the joint of the middle wall plate and the bottom plate, reserved bolt holes are formed in one sides of the corresponding bellmouths and inserting openings, the top plate and the middle wall plate are connected through the corresponding bellmouth and inserting opening, the middle wall plate and the bottom plate are connected through the corresponding bellmouth and inserting opening, and the bolt holes of the corresponding bellmouths and inserting openings are connected through high-strength prestress bolts; and two modified polyethylene water stop rods are further arranged between the corresponding bellmouth and inserting opening, an inner side grouting hole is formed between every two corresponding modified polyethylene water stop rods, and the grouting holes can serve as water leakage remediation holes and can also serve as pressurizing holes to detect the splicing sealing performance. By the adoption of the prefabricated assembly structure, the mechanicalproperty and the waterproof effect of a joint of the prefabricated assembly pipe gallery can be enhanced.
