Assembly construction method of prefabricated comprehensive pipe gallery
The invention discloses an assembly construction method of a prefabricated comprehensive pipe gallery. The method includes the steps of (1) building an enclosure structure: excavating a foundation pit, and inserting prefabricated continuous walls into two sides of the foundation pit through hoisting; (2) constructing a supporting system: oppositely supporting the continuous walls by adopting horizontal steel pipes, and enclosing purlins by adopting double-spliced section steel; (3) constructing groove section joint interconnection: pre-burying U-shaped joint bars in grooves in the two ends ofthe prefabricated continuous walls, and immediately constructing root piles for filling after the prefabricated continuous walls are mounted in place; water stop strips are arranged on the outer edgesof the two sides of the grooves in the two ends of the prefabricated continuous walls; the distance between the joints on the outer sides of the grooves in the ends of the prefabricated continuous walls are not larger than 50 mm, and cement paste is adopted for conducting close joint operation on the distance between the joints; and (4) constructing connection between bottom plates and/or top plates and the prefabricated continuous walls. The comprehensive pipe gallery is constructed by performing truss operation on a conventional concrete floor, so that the prefabrication cost and expense are greatly saved, the production speed is increased, and the production benefit is improved.
本发明公开了一种预制型综合管廊的装配施工方法,包括以下步骤:(1)构建围护结构:开挖基坑,将预制连续墙通过吊装插入到基坑两侧;(2)构建支撑体系:采用水平钢管支撑在所述连续墙之间对撑布置,采用双拼型钢围檩;(3)构建槽段接头互联:在预制连续墙两端凹槽处预埋U形插筋,待预制连续墙安装就位后即刻施工树根桩填满;在预制连续墙两端凹槽两侧外沿设置止水条;使得所述预制连续墙端部凹槽的外侧接头间距不大于50mm,采用水泥浆对所述接头间距进行密缝作业;(4)构建底板和/或顶板与所述预制连续墙的连接。通过对常规的混凝土楼板进行桁架作业来构建综合管廊,大大节省了预制成本及费用,加快了生产速度,提高了生产效益。
