The invention discloses a device and method for rapidly repairing a geomembrane. The device comprises a first liquid adding container and a second liquid adding container, wherein the first liquid adding container and the second liquid adding container communicate with a liquid injection pool through a first valve water passing guide pipe and a second valve water passing guide pipe respectively, avalve liquid injection guide pipe is connected to a liquid outlet of the liquid injection pool, a liquid injection soft through pipe and a three-level nozzle are connected to the valve liquid injection guide pipe, and a liquid outlet converter is arranged at the joint of the valve liquid injection guide pipe, the liquid injection soft through pipe and the three-level nozzle. The purpose of repairing damage of the geomembrane is achieved by spraying a medicament on a construction site is achieved, and the medicament is a calcium ion solution and a sodium alginate solution which are proportioned according to the dosage, and is directly sprayed to the damaged part of the geomembrane to form a compact calcium alginate filter membrane.
