Modular splicing method for beam-column system
The invention discloses a modular splicing method for a beam-column system, and solves the problems of low construction efficiency, long construction period, large equipment investment, high labor cost, disadvantages of environmental protection and disadvantages of energy conservation in the prior art. According to the modular splicing method of the beam-column system, a plurality of tenon connection beams are inserted into beam-column connection cavities of flange fastening discs, and locking of a plurality of sets of beam-column lower chords and beam-column upper chords which are arranged below and above the flange fastening discs correspondingly and beam-column mortise and tenon locks between the upper ends of the beam-column lower chords and the lower ends of the beam-column upper chords is utilized for stably connecting the tenon connecting beams, beam-column lower chord columns and beam-column upper chord columns into the beam-column connection cavities of the flange fastening discs; and meanwhile, the upper end of each beam-column upper chord column is connected with the lower end of the corresponding beam-column lower chord column connected with the lower portion of the upper-layer flange fastening disc through a beam-column connecting column. The beam-column system constructed by the modular splicing method is high in variability, simple in structure, reasonable in stress, convenient to mount and dismount, easy to maintain, light in structural weight and high in extensibility.
一种梁柱体系模块化拼接方法,解决现有技术存在的施工效率低,建造周期长,设备投入大,人工成本高,不利于环境保护和能源节约的问题。该梁柱体系模块化拼接方法在法兰紧固盘的梁柱联接腔内插接若干根接榫梁,并利用法兰紧固盘的下方和上方分别设置的若干组束柱下弦柱和束柱上弦柱,以及束柱下弦柱上端与束柱上弦柱下端之间的梁柱榫卯锁的锁固,将接榫梁、束柱下弦柱和束柱上弦柱,稳固连接在法兰紧固盘的梁柱联接腔内;同时,各根束柱上弦柱上端还分别通过束柱连接柱,与上层法兰紧固盘下方连接的束柱下弦柱下端相连。该模块化拼接方法所构建的梁柱体系的可变性强,构造简单、受力合理,安装和拆卸便捷,容易维护,结构重量轻,可拓性强。
