Hanging type glass partition mounting structure and mounting method
The invention provides a hanging type glass partition mounting structure. The structure comprises a hanging rod, a connecting piece and a ground groove, one end of the hanging rod is fixedly mounted on the top surface of a floor, the other end of the hanging rod is fixedly mounted on the connecting piece, an n-shaped first clamping groove is formed in the bottom of the connecting piece, and the top end of a glass plate is clamped in the first clamping groove. Two side plates of the connecting piece are bent outwards to form baffles, the baffles support a suspended ceiling plate, the ground groove is formed in the ground in an embedded mode, a U-shaped second clamping groove is formed in the ground groove, and the bottom end of the glass plate is clamped in the second clamping groove. The invention further provides a mounting method of the hanging type glass partition mounting structure. Compared with the prior art, components of a glass partition can be produced in a productization mode, reversible construction is achieved during mounting, the efficiency is high, the top of the glass partition is hung on the top face of a floor slab on the basis that the glass partition supports asuspended ceiling, the mounting structure is stable, and loosening is not likely to happen.
本发明提供了一种吊挂式设计的玻璃隔断安装结构,包括吊杆、连接件和地槽,吊杆一端固定安装在楼层顶面上、另一端固定安装在连接件上,连接件底部设置有“n”形的第一卡槽,玻璃板的顶端卡接在第一卡槽内,连接件的两个侧板向外折弯形成挡板,挡板承托吊顶板,地槽嵌入式安装在地面上,地槽上设置有“U”形的第二卡槽,玻璃板的底端卡接在第二卡槽内。本发明还提供了一种吊挂式设计的玻璃隔断安装结构的安装方法。本发明相较于现有技术,玻璃隔断的组成部件可以产品化生产,安装实现可逆化施工且效率高,玻璃隔断在对吊顶进行支撑的基础上,其顶部吊挂在楼板顶面上,安装结构稳固,不易松动。
