The invention relates to a steel bar joint connecting structure of a fabricated member. A third internal thread and a third unthreaded inner wall are arranged in the inner sleeve from top to bottom, an external thread is arranged outside the inner sleeve, and a second thread is arranged at the upper portion of a cast-in-place member reserved steel bar joint. The first thread and the first internal thread are connected to enable the prefabricated member vertical steel bar reserved joint and the outer sleeve to form a whole. The external thread and the second internal thread are connected to enable the outer sleeve and the inner sleeve to form a whole; the secondthread and the third internal thread are connected to enable the inner sleeve and the cast-in-place member reserved steel bar joint to form a whole.
