The invention discloses a composite steel-plastic floor which comprises a base plate made of modified plastic. A metal plate is embedded in the base plate, and the size of the metal plate is equal tothat of the base plate; and the metal plate is of a concave-convex alternate structure which is curved or bent in the transverse direction, and protruding parts and sunken parts of the metal plate areclose to the upper surface and the lower surface of the base plate correspondingly and do not protrude out of the upper surface and the lower surface of the base plate. A lining profiled steel sheetis formed in the PVC foaming layer base plate through a co-extrusion process, so that the composite steel-plastic floor has good ultraviolet resistance, weather resistance, acid and alkali resistance,corrosion resistance, wear resistance and the like, does not fade, and is maintenance-free throughout the life, and the structural strength, compression resistance, deformation resistance and bearingcapacity of a plate can be enhanced through the lining profiled steel sheet; and the problems that a wood-plastic floor is easy to deform, expand with heat, shrink with cold and break are solved.
