Composite plastic floor processing method
The invention provides a composite plastic floor processing method. A composite plastic floor comprises an upper layer, a middle layer and a lower layer, wherein the upper layer and the lower layer are PVC calcium plastic layers; and the middle layer is a foaming wood plastic layer. The composite plastic floor is prepared according to the following steps of 1, mixing raw materials; 2, mixing and quickly cooling; 3, conducting screw extrusion; 4, distributing into a mold; 5, conducting hot press molding; and 6, conducting air-cooled tailoring. The invention provides the composite plastic floorwhich comprises the upper layer, the middle layer and the lower layer, the upper layer and the lower layer are the polyvinyl chloride (PVC) calcium plastic layers, and the middle layer is the foamingwood plastic layer, so that the composite plastic floor has the beneficial properties of the two materials. Meanwhile, the invention provides a composite plastic floor processing method. The preparation of the composite floor is completed through the steps of mixing the raw materials, mixing and quickly cooling, conducting screw extrusion, distributing into the mold, conducting hot press molding and conducting air-cooled tailoring. The process is reasonable, and manufacturing is convenient. In the raw material mixing stage, special mixing equipment is used for enabling PVC particles in the mixing process to quickly enter a vitrified state.
本发明提供一种复合型塑料地板加工方法,所述复合塑料地板包括:上层、中间层、下层,所述上层和下层为PVC钙塑层,所述中间层为发泡木塑层,按照以下步骤进行制备:一、原料混合;二、混料速冷;三、螺杆挤出;四、分配入模;五、热压成型;六、风冷剪裁。本发明提供一种复合型塑料地板,包括:上层、中间层、下层,上层和下层为PVC钙塑层,中间层为发泡木塑层,兼具两种材料的有益性能;同时本发明提供一种复合型塑料地板加工方法,通过原料混合、混料速冷、螺杆挤出、分配入模、热压成型、风冷剪裁步骤完成复合型地板的制备,工艺合理,制作方便,并且在原料混合阶段实用特制的混料设备使混料过程的PVC颗粒快速进入玻璃化状态。
