Installation device for modular unit window
The invention provides an installation device for a modular unit window. The device comprises a mobile robot including a lifting system, a suction cup frame, glass suction cups and a unit window fixing device. The suction cup frame is connected to the lifting system; the glass suction cups are fixed on the suction cup frame, and the glass suction cups are used for adsorbing glass of the unit window; and the unit window fixing device is arranged on a main body structure of the unit window to be installed. Indoor installation by the robot is not affected by weather at all, and a construction period can be effectively shortened; the condition of stopping construction when it is dark is avoided due to indoor mounting by the robot; and the robot installation control precision is easy to control, the installation precision is higher than manual installation precision, and the design requirement is easier to meet.
本发明提供了一种模块化单元窗的安装装置,包括:移动机器人,所述移动机器人包括起升系统;吸盘框架,所述吸盘框架连接于所述起升系统上;玻璃吸盘,所述玻璃吸盘固定于所述吸盘框架上,所述玻璃吸盘用于吸附单元窗的玻璃;单元窗固定装置,所述单元窗固定装置设置于待安装所述单元窗的主体结构上。机器人在室内安装完全不受天气影响,可以有效的缩短工期;机器人在室内安装不存在天黑了就停止施工的情况;机器人安装控制精度容易控制,比人工的安装精度高,更易满足设计要求。
