The invention discloses a printing head for a building 3D printer and a using method of the printing head, and relates to the technical field of 3D printing. The printing head is mounted on the building 3D printer and comprises a stock bin, a discharging pipe and a material blocking plate, wherein a feeding opening end of the stock bin is mounted on the building 3D printer, and a discharging opening end of the stock bin is connected with the discharging pipe; the material blocking plate is mounted outside one end deviating from the stock bin, of the discharge pipe; an inclined discharge opening is formed in one end deviating from the stock bin, of the discharge pipe; and a controller is arranged on the building 3D printer. According to the printing head for the building 3D printer, the L-shaped material blocking plate is mounted, the inclined discharging opening is formed in the discharging pipe, suspended printing can be achieved, when the printing head is adopted for floor slabs, a supporting body does not need to be additionally manufactured at the lower part, one-time printing can be completed, and the working efficiency is high.
本发明公开了一种建筑3D打印机用打印头及其使用方法,涉及3D打印技术领域,打印头安装在建筑3D打印机上,打印头包括料仓、出料管和挡料板,料仓的进料口端安装在建筑3D打印机上,出料口端连接所述出料管,出料管背离料仓的一端外安装有挡料板;出料管背离料仓的一端设置有倾斜出料口;建筑3D打印机上设置有控制器。本发明一种建筑3D打印机用打印头通过“L”型挡料板的安装和出料管上倾斜出料口的设计,能够实现悬空打印,采用该打印头进行楼板时,下部不需要另外制作支撑体,能一次性打印完成,工作效率高。
