Building concrete 3D printing head and 3D printer
The invention provides a building concrete 3D printing head and a 3D printer. The building concrete 3D printing head comprises a charging barrel, and the charging barrel comprises a stirring barrel, an extrusion barrel and an extrusion head which are sequentially connected from top to bottom; a stirring motor, an extrusion motor, a concrete input pipe and an additive injection pipe are mounted on the charging barrel; the concrete input pipe and the additive injection pipe are both communicated with the interior of the mixing drum; stirring blades with opposite spiral directions are rotationally mounted in the stirring barrel; an extrusion shaft with extrusion blades is rotationally mounted in the extrusion barrel; and one part of the extrusion shaft penetrates through the interior of the stirring shaft and is connected with a motor shaft of an extrusion motor. The 3D printing head has stirring and extruding functions, the procedure of pre-configuring the printing material on site is omitted, commercial concrete and additives are directly and rapidly mixed and configured in the stirring barrel, and therefore the applicability of the concrete building 3D printing material is improved, the labor intensity of manufacturing the printing material is reduced, and the production efficiency is improved. And environmental pollution to a printing site is reduced.
本发明提供了一种建筑混凝土3D打印头及3D打印机,建筑混凝土3D打印头包括料筒,料筒包括由上至下依次连接的搅拌筒、挤出筒和挤出头;料筒上安装有搅拌电机、挤出电机、混凝土输入管和添加剂注入管;混凝土输入管和添加剂注入管均与搅拌筒内部连通;搅拌筒内部转动安装有带有螺旋方向相反的搅拌叶片;挤出筒内部转动安装有带有挤出叶片的挤出轴,挤出轴的一部分穿过搅拌轴的内部并连接挤出电机的电机轴。本发明中的3D打印头配备有搅拌和挤出功能,省去了打印材料现场预先配置的工序,直接将商品混凝土与添加剂在搅拌筒中进行快速混合配置,从而提高混凝土建筑3D打印材料的适用性,既减少制作打印材料的劳动强度,以减少对打印现场的环境污染。
