The invention discloses a device for quickly binding reinforcing steel bars. The device comprises a power supply module, a driving module, a switch and a chuck; the power supply module serves as a power source of the device; the power supply port of the driving module is electrically connected with the power supply module, and the driving module is provided with a control port and an output shaft;the switch is electrically connected with the control port of the driving module so as to input a starting signal and a stopping signal; and the chuck is fixedly connected with the output shaft of the driving module and is used for clamping iron wires for binding the reinforcing steel bars. According to the device, the chuck capable of clamping the iron wires is arranged, and a power device capable of driving the chuck to rotate at a high speed to achieve binding is arranged for the chuck, so that manual low-efficiency binding is replaced; and the structure is small, the principle is simple,the cost is low, and the application and popularization are convenient.
