The invention discloses a method for binding floor reinforcing steel bars, which comprises the following steps of: marking the distribution positions of the reinforcing steel bars on a template of a floor, placing a plurality of longitudinal bars and a plurality of transverse bars according to marks on the template, and distributing in a staggered manner to form a double-layer reinforcing mesh; each layer of reinforcing mesh is provided with a plurality of cross point positions, and the number of the cross point positions accounting for half of the cross point positions is selected for binding; the intersection points are bound to form a plurality of groups of diamond-shaped connecting tracks, and each group of connecting tracks is internally provided with an idle point; half of the intersection points are selected from the intersection points for binding, the binding workload of the whole reinforcing mesh can be reduced by half, meanwhile, multiple sets of diamond-shaped connecting tracks are formed after binding, each set of connecting tracks have an idle point and do not need to be bound, the binding density of the reinforcing mesh is reduced, but the connecting tracks can cover the whole reinforcing mesh, and the binding efficiency of the reinforcing mesh is improved. Therefore, the connection strength between the longitudinal bars and the transverse bars is ensured, and the construction efficiency of binding the steel bars is improved under the condition that the connection strength between the steel bars is met.
本发明公开一种楼板钢筋的绑扎方法,其中,在楼板的模板上标记出钢筋分布位置,将多根纵筋和多根横筋按照所述模板上的标记摆放,且交错分布以形成双层钢筋网;每层所述钢筋网上具有多个交叉点位,选取占所述的多个交叉点位中一半的数量进行绑扎;交叉点位绑扎后形成多组菱形状的连接轨迹,每组连接轨迹内均具有一闲置点;通过在多个交叉点位中选取一半的数量进行绑扎,可以使整个钢筋网减少一半的绑扎作业量,同时绑扎后形成多组菱形状的连接轨迹,每组连接轨迹内具有一闲置点无需绑扎,使钢筋网绑扎密度降低,但连接轨迹可以覆盖整个钢筋网,从而确保多根纵筋与多根横筋之间的连接强度,满足钢筋之间连接强度的情况下,提高绑扎钢筋的施工效率。
