The cement mortar laying assembly comprises a mounting bracket (110) and a cement mortar laying device (200), wherein the mounting bracket (110) is of a horizontally arranged rectangular frame structure, and the cement mortar laying device (200) is mounted at the top of the mounting bracket (110); and the cement mortar laying device (200) is used for automatically and uniformly laying cement mortar to the top of a wall, the cement mortar laying device (200) comprises a mortar conveying mechanism (210) and mortar laying mechanisms (220), the mortar conveying mechanism (210) is used for receiving blended cement mortar and conveying the cement mortar to the mortar laying mechanisms (220)at a constant speed, and the mortar laying mechanisms (220) are used for receiving the cement mortar and uniformly laying cement mortar to the top of the wall. A layer of cement mortar can be automatically and uniformly laid on the top of the wall to be built, so that the labor intensity of workers is greatly reduced, and the building construction efficiency is improved.
