The invention discloses a semi-automatic concrete curing device. The semi-automatic concrete curing device comprises a water supply system and a seepage system which communicate, wherein the water supply system comprises a water supply pipe, a water pump and a water supply pipe which sequentially communicate from the water inlet direction to the water outlet direction; the water seepage system comprises a seepage pipeline communicating with the water outlet end of the water supply pipe, a ball valve used for controlling the water flow of the seepage pipeline and fixing clamps used for fixing the seepage pipeline to a concrete wall surface; a plurality of uniformly distributed holes facing the direction of the concrete wall surface are formed in the seepage pipeline, the seepage pipeline horizontally extends along the length direction of the concrete wall surface, and the distance between the seepage pipeline and the upper end surface of the concrete wall surface is 30cm; and the head part of the water inlet end of the seepage pipeline sleeves the tail part of the water outlet end of a transition galvanized steel pipe. The semi-automatic concrete curing device is simple in structure, reasonable in design and convenient to operate, the concrete curing efficiency is improved, the concrete quality is improved, the process waiting time is shortened, the problem that excellent laborforce is occupied before is solved, and the purposes of reducing cost and improving efficiency are achieved manually.
