Automatic concrete curing device and construction method
The invention relates to an automatic oxygen protection device for concrete, which solves the problem that the construction quality of the concrete is influenced due to higher labor intensity of workers or untimely maintenance when the concrete maintenance area is large at present. The device comprises a water storage tank, a booster pump is installed in the water storage tank and connected with a water outlet pipe, and the outer end of the water outlet pipe penetrates through the water storage tank and is connected with a micro water spraying belt. Compared with the prior art, the device has the following beneficial effects: 1) the device can be suitable for various concrete walls, floors and roof panels, and has good adaptability; 2) the device can replace an operator to hold a water pipe by hand to water and maintain the concrete surface, so that manpower resources can be greatly saved, and the production efficiency is improved; and (3) the device is high in maintenance efficiency and wide in maintenance area, the phenomenon of concrete surface cracks caused by untimely maintenance can be prevented, the water leakage probability of the structure is reduced, the overall construction quality is improved, and the leakage water treatment cost is reduced.
