The invention discloses a bolt hole plugging method which is characterized by comprising the following steps that a bolt hole is cleaned, firstly, a PVC sleeve in a wall body is removed by adopting apercussion drill, the inside of the hole is blown out by adopting a fan, and residual mortar around the hole is cleaned together; polystyrene foam is filled, specifically, the polystyrene foam is injected into the bolt hole through a glue gun after the bolt hole is cleaned up, and after the polystyrene foam expands and is tightly filled, the plugging amount of a plugging material of 1-2 cm is reserved at the two sides of the hole opening; a protective plugging material is prepared, an inorganic fireproof plugging material is selected as the protective plugging material, a rapid plugging agentis adopted as a waterproof material, the selected materials are all powdery, and a proper amount of water is added for rapid mixing and use; and the bolt hole is plugged, the hole diameter of the plugged bolt hole is 16mm-20mm, a round steel bar or a round wooden stick with the diameter of 12mm-14mm is selected as a leading-in tool, a mineral water bottle is obliquely cut off from top to bottom toserve as a material containing hopper, a prepared mixture is loaded into the hopper, and a hole opening is flattened by using an iron trowel.
本发明公开了一种螺栓孔封堵方法，其特征在于，该方法包括：螺栓孔清理，首先采用冲击钻将墙体内的PVC套管剔除，在通过风机将孔内吹干净，并对孔眼周边残余灰浆一并进行清理；发泡胶填充，螺栓孔清理干净后采用胶枪将发泡胶打入螺栓孔内，待发泡胶膨胀填充紧密，并在孔口两侧预留出1cm～2cm的堵料封堵量；防护封堵材料配制，防护封堵材料选用无机防火堵料，防水材料采用快速堵漏灵，所选材料均为粉末状，加入适量的水即可快速拌合使用；螺栓孔封口，封堵的螺栓孔孔径为16mm～20mm，选用直径12mm～14mm的圆钢筋或圆木棍做为导入工具，然后采用矿泉水瓶从上往下进行斜向切除做为盛料斗，将配好的混合料装入料斗内，再用铁抹子将孔口抹平。
