Hidden hinge window system
The invention discloses a hidden hinge window system which comprises a window frame, a window sash, a hidden hinge, an adhesive tape sealing system and glass. The glass is installed on the window sash, the window sash and the window frame are connected through the hidden hinge, the adhesive tape sealing system is used for sealing a gap between the window sash and the window frame, and the hidden hinge is in a shaft connection manner and comprises a frame hinge, a sash hinge and a hinge shaft. The frame hinge is fixedly installed in a C groove of a window frame sectional material through screws, the sash hinge is fixedly installed in a C groove of a window sash sectional material through screws, and the hinge shaft is connected with the frame hinge and the sash hinge to achieve the rotatingeffect. The whole hinge is installed at a C opening of a cavity between the window frame and the window sash in a hidden manner. The system has hidden hardware, is good in bearing performance and narrow in frame, and can be used for inward casement windows, tilt-turn windows and inward tilt-turn windows. Three sealing structures and one dustproof structure are adopted, and the heat preservation and insulation performance, the wind pressure resistance, the water tightness, the air tightness, the sound insulation performance and the noise reduction performance all reach the optimal degree.
