The invention discloses a hinge-hidden type internally-opened ventilation window which comprises a window frame, a window sash and a hinge set; the window frame comprises two oppositely-arranged side window frame edges, hinge grooves are formed in the indoor sides of the side window frame edges, and the indoor sides of the side window frame edges extend to form third blocking faces; the window sash comprises a sash frame and a sash body arranged in the sash frame, the sash frame comprises two oppositely-arranged side sash frame edges, first blocking walls are formed by the indoor sides of the side sash frame edges, connecting arm parallel to the first blocking walls are formed between the indoor sides of the side sash frame edges and the outdoor sides of the side sash frame edges, the length of the connecting arms is smaller than that of the first blocking walls, and the first blocking walls, the connecting arms and the hinge grooves form containing spaces; third sealing rubber strips are arranged at the outdoor sides of the connecting arms so as to be connected with the third blocking faces in the closed state; and the hinge set is arranged in the containing space of one side sash frame edge and the corresponding side window frame edge and comprises first hinges arranged on the hinge grooves and second hinges arranged on the indoor sides of the connecting arms, and the second hinges are connected with the first hinges through hinge shafts so that the window sash can be installed on the window frame in rotating and left-right limiting manners.
